To what email adress do i email when i have username and password troubles?

I was informed by someone that my username bugged because i had a symbol in it that doesn't work in the system! The symbol in my name was an ä, which usually shows up as an a. I want to re-register my name exactly as is but with the a instead...

I have made a fresh account but it won't let me create it. What should i do?

I wanted to make a new account but flockmod told me that i've made too many accounts. I've tried again and again but the same answer keeps popping up. Please help me

Could you guys please at least look into what's causing this? Been using flockmod for nearly a year now, and this issue's just happened out of the blue. Clearing cache, and switching from the client to the web one wouldn't work either. Did virus...

Only global moderators can serverban. You are not serverbanned.
When I tried to help you, you didn't want to tell me your IP.

You have been in the community for very long, you know the rules of most rooms. But you still trolled a room thinking no mods will know and you got roombanned. Well... very deserved, sir.

Flockmod Air will not work on Mac

I wanted to get the FlockMod Desktop Version on my Mac but it cannot open or download at all because it needs a Microsoft Windows. I then searched for a Mac version to download only to find none and then ended up here. The similar questions I have...

How do I make a room and be in control of it..? I am registered and I don't know how to control it. eg. ban/mute people. Can someone help?

How do I control a room I made? I have been making lots of rooms but I don't know how to be in control and edit the description and ban / mute people. If you know what I mean please help!

able to open pictures onto flockmod so we can color in linearts.

It would be cool to open up files and upload them onto here to we may color in or edit as we please.

Each room have their own rules. Try a different room or ask the rules before drawing.

I can't register a room or create one. I go to http://drawdevil.com/fallback but something pops up yet disappears quickly. I am registered, yes but I don't know how to create a room, please help!

drawdevil.com is our old domain, please use flockmod.com instead.
Anyway, that's probably not the problem. The room "fallback" is already registered, type a different room name (one that is not in the room list) and try again.

Block people without needing their IP.

Sometimes, when I want to ban someone, I can't get a hold of their IP number.

Enable "Show user events" in the Config. This way it will notify you everytime someone enters or leaves your room and it will tell you their IP address.

Hey stupid kids are using your moderation tools to claim to "dox" people and threaten them because they have their IP address

Maybe change the way you handle room moderation or something idk

Don't worry. Noone can see your real IP address.

Love this, way to go since flockdraw. importing pictures would be dope. also, in flockdraw the picture stayed for a while when you left the room.

You can import pictures if you have enough privileges.

To basically just make private servers for only you and your friends who join.

Create an account, register a room, then in the Room Settings you can make it private or public but password-protected.
